PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Abide Maison is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Abide Maison is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
