Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love your purchase from Abide Maison. If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received:
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags attached
- Buttoned and folded appropriately
- Free from excessive human or pet hair
- Free from makeup, perfume, smoke, or other odors
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be declined or may incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued store credit.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at sadie@abidemaison.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 2 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include photos of the item and packaging in your email. Claims submitted after 2 days may not be eligible for return or replacement consideration.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Items discounted 20% or more
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding its approval status.
If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days and can be used toward any future purchase at Abide Maison.
Please Note
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.
Additionally, fabric patterns and placement may vary slightly from item to item.
These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. Eligible returns for these reasons are welcome under our standard return policy, with return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.
